This from Northwest Broadcasters Website

SamSno Educational Media is selling the construction permit for KBSG-FM 89.3 Glenoma, Washington and it's two translators in Manzanita, Oregon and Hoquiam, Washington to Northwest Indy Radio for $1.

Washnotore: Good catch! Had no idea one of the translator's was in Manzanita. That wasn't mentioned below. This is most likely the C.P. for 93.5MHz.

The dollar amount suggests to me, all parties were working together. For some reason the buyer didn't originally bid and had another party apply. Then later this transaction.

I've seen this many times before with religious broadcasters. This kind of thing is not right and down right scummy! If someone knows better. I'd like to hear the real story. Set me straight. This from R&R:

"POWER: 1kw at -948 feet"

Antenna 948 feet below sea level? in the ground below average terrain? in a valley?

-289 Meters HAAT , but actually 366 above sea level.

Very close to Mt Rainier, which skews the HAAT calculation somewhat.
