I am experiencing something of late with my DVR and wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem and if so what is the solution.
I think I know what the problem is but I am not positive.
When I record shows on my DVR they are coming up blank and or "black" no sound no recording whatsoever although it shows that it recorded the program.
I think that its because I am also watching an OnDemand program at the same time as the recording occurs but am not sure of this.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a solution to the problem other than the obvious which is to not utilize the OnDemand feature at the same time of said recording.
Any thoughts or solutions?

We had the same problem with this about a year ago. I called up Comcast and they said to take it into the shop on Nimbus by Washington Square. A tech guy checked it out and found that there was a problem with the hard drive. New DVR NO problem. It's been trouble free for at least a year. Maybe that will help.....

On my DVR (not Comcast), if there's no signal when it wants to record sometihng, it will still show up as "recorded" but with zero length and no picture/sound.
