Yes I truly am. I'm in the beginning stages of transferring some old tapes to digital and was using an old TEAC A-3300SX. However it just doesn't have the muscle I need.

I would love to borrow (for an indefinite period) preferably, an Otari 50/50B half track or something just as good. If it's on a stand that's fine too.

I have an Ampex AG440 with stereo preamps. It's a 2-track, so it may not be of any use to you. There's no "borrowing"... it's a one-way trip and, no, I don't deliver :-). But the price is right, as $200 should do it for the package.
