Soooo.....If you DON'T vote for Obama only because he's Black and that makes you a racist, if you DO vote for him only because he's Black, wouldn't that make you a racist too?

You're only a racist when your mind says "nigger" while your mouth says "black".

    I'm voting "black"/"black".

Andrew - that's one of the best double untundras(sp)iv'e seen. Working with the public in gameing and living in a spanish area in Vegas. One of the first things after the heat I had to get used to was how open people are. People are a lot more open and rude here. It dosent matter what color or lack of it. After moveing from Oregon, it was quite a shock.

I intend to vote on principle by voting against the party that exploits (enables) racists for political gain.

"I intend to vote on principle by voting against the party that exploits (enables) racists for political gain."

I intend to vote on principle by voting against any candidate that exploits (enables) racists for ANY purpose.

It is unacceptable, and a deal breaker for me.

Racism definitely has a role in an election with a black person. A family member of mine used to be evasive about why he disliked Obama - his answers didn't really make sense. This year he admitted to me that he doesn't like Obama BECAUSE HE IS BLACK. Not everyone is going to be so honest about it, even to themselves. But don't kid yourself that this stuff doesn't exist and affect our elections.

Obama's race has no bearing at all over why I'm voting for him. Mitt Romney's fiscal proposals would be disastrous for the nation, make Obama's deficits look small. What else do I need?
