Since many of the threads here are political yet "everyone is tired" of politics, thought I'd try something different.

What's something you now know that you wouldn't had this forum not existed?

Anything, from something radio-related to exchanging family recipes, or even something more mundane.

Even if not, I wish everyone a pleasant day.

    Whole pile of things.

I regularly pick up theory I did not know from Andy, Alfredo, others...

I learn some things about religion regularly.

On the radio side, we have good contributions from time to time, and I learn about the business

We have shared a bunch of basic life tips over time too.

Those are the quick, easy recall items.

I learned that the memory is not always accurate, even though you could bet the farm on it!

I also learn useful stuff from Alfredo, Andrew and Craig.

The list is long for me, too.

I do miss Lurking Grendel. He brought an intellectual edge I loved.

I also miss Littlesongs. His snappy retorts and well thought out posts, though different in style from LG, were always entertaining and a joy to read.

I've learned that intolerance and bigotry keep both sides of almost any debate happy.

I've also learned that unless its about a person in radio, and some type of tribute, that very few actual radio people have any interest in the board, outside of lurking.

"very few actual radio people have any interest in the board, outside of lurking."

One might point out how few people there are any more that are actually working in radio.
Compared to 10, 20 or 30 years ago (when the downsizing began), it's maybe down 60 to 75%.
There's more former radio people if you include lurkers and posters than "actual radio" people here, anyway.

Shall I direct you to the radio board graveyard? For some reason this board isn't in it and I don't think Dan has bought a plot.

I learned to ignore skybill's and his circus hallucinations comments.

Is there a pill for that?
