"...the only reason Republicans dislike ACA..."

Nope. I hate ovomitcrap because the government has no business telling me that I HAVE to buy health insurance or pay a tax if I don't.

The sooner ovomitcare death spirals into oblivion the sooner some liquor store owner will have the opportunity to sell me a bottle of Dom Perignon.

Yeah, sorry, Herb: the appeal of the 3 judge panel's decision on the DC Circuit will be re-heard by the full 11-judge court - with 7 Democratic appointees. Which way do you imagine their decision will go?

The Affordable Care Act is here to stay - so sorry.

You're going to be waiting a very long time I fear. Today's decision will be reversed and you will be disappointed - again.

Here's the real fun part of the con "Pro Life Party". Many of them believe if you can't pay for Health Insurance on your own, then you don't deserve Health Insurance subsidy.

Boy that kind of stand is really Pro Life, you Hypocrites.

Disappointed isn't the problem. It's the fu@#ing that the entire country is taking from this POS legislation that is the major issue.

But just to be fair, I would hate this POS program no matter what President enacted it. The government has NO BUSINESS in my personal health care decisions.

You can be 1000% sure I'm rooting for ovomitcrap to fail.

Hey Sky please list your "personal health care decisions" that the government makes for you.

They don't choose your insurance provider for you. The government doesn't administrate your insurance coverage.

So how does the government make your "personal health care decisions"?

I'll remove one for your list-Birth Control. If you don't want birth control, the government does not force you to use birth control, but in Sky's case I might make an exception.

Complete bullshit. A majority of Americans aren't even affected by the law. Only people who buy their own insurance or haven't had insurance are affected. The news this week is that 20 million people have now been covered by insurance through the ACA. Those people will live longer, be healthier, and/or avoid bankruptcy because of medical bills.

Will a few people who can afford to buy health insurance but simply refuse to be subject to a penalty? Sure. Congress has the constitutional power to levy a tax. In this case, though, it's unlikely most people who are subject to a penalty will ever have to pay it.

But just to be fair, I would hate this POS program no matter what President enacted it. The government has NO BUSINESS in my personal health care decisions.

And the ACA doesn't involve itself in your personal health care decisions. No one is forcing you to go to a doctor if you are sick, whether you have insurance or not.

You can be 1000% sure I'm rooting for ovomitcrap to fail.

Which means you are rooting for about 20 million Americans newly insured through the ACA to lose their insurance...and live shorter lives, go bankrupt due to medical bills, etc. Nice.

If that's what it takes for people to wake the F up and realize that the government is not needed or wanted in every facet of our lives, so be it.

Do you have any clue how government actually works? Show me ANY law that's now on the books that hasn't been "fixed." It's part of the process. Bills are passed, and then they're adjusted. It literally happens each and every day.
