Earth to Democrats: Some of the most concerned about this administration are increasingly Democrats. Many of your comrades now 'get it.' Their party is vulnerable, thanks to the Clown-in-Chief:
"Politico’s chief economic correspondent Ben White heavily criticized President Obama Friday for golfing immediately after delivering a statement on the beheading of American journalist James Foley by ISIS terrorists.
“One minute he’s on TV talking about the beheading of an American journalist. People are scared, people are freaked out about ISIS,” explained White on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” Friday morning. “They are certainly scared about what happened to this young man and his family. And then he’s smiling with Alonzo Mourning on the golf course about 10 minutes later.”
He said that Americans are confused and upset by Obama’s happiness at such a solemn moment and thus individuals from both sides of the aisle have come out swinging at the president.
“The juxtaposition of those images is troubling to people, and not just Republicans who will always criticize him for whatever he does, but for Democrats,” White continued. “There are Democrats on the record … saying that this was a bad idea, this was a bad move on his part because it reinforces this narrative and this notion that people have that he’s somewhat checked out from the job right now.”
Democratic strategist Jim Manley told The New York Times that “a lot of Democrats flinched a little bit” after seeing Obama grinning during his golf outing. He also harshly labeled the president’s actions “tone-deaf.”
White called Obama’s decision to golf after the statement a “mistake” and added that the president “should have taken the day off” from his favorite leisure activity.
“That’s not what you want from your president, particularly at a time of crisis like this,” White said. “It was not a serious move on his part and I think he made a mistake.”
Moreover, citing a close Senate race in New Hampshire between Republican Scott Brown and Democrat Jeanne Shaheen, White explained that Obama’s unserious and troubling actions will only hurt Democrats running for the U.S. Senate in the midterm elections.
“He is dragging Democrats down right now and stuff like this, stuff like the golfing after the Foley announcement, [is] not going to help,” asserted White. “It’s going to hurt Democrats in the Senate.”Posted on August 25, 2014 - 12:50 PM #
Herb found an article he likes that proves nothing. He's still pounding on obsolete memes.
Politico’s chief economic correspondent Ben White heavily criticized President Obama Friday for golfing immediately after delivering a statement on the beheading of American journalist James Foley by ISIS terrorists."
The administration tried to save him with a covert op that failed. Once they executed him, what was Obama to do, Herb? Rush to D.C. to do what?

No more a crisis than it was the day before, Herb. Yes, a lot of people were upset about the beheading but the unbridled hyperbole in your article of choice isn't of much value.
Is that all you've got, Herb?Posted on August 25, 2014 - 12:56 PM #
Of course it is.Posted on August 25, 2014 - 01:35 PM #
Is Herb a parrot in a cage? All he does is quote others.Posted on August 25, 2014 - 02:39 PM #
Herb is nothing but a sorry provocateur. He tends to resurface a few months before elections with his grand dire predictions and he's almost always 100% wrong on almost everything. Then, when he's getting ripped on for being so fucking wrong it's incredible, he goes dark for a few months. We have so much left over crow here it's ridiculous.
I will say this: Come November 2014, Obama will still be president, Dems will still hold the Senate, and the GOP will still hold the House. And, Hillary will be elected in 2016 and appoint Obama as a SCOTUS once Clarence Thomas dies of a heart attack.
Herb wants you to think that Obama will lose in 2014, and the GOP will gain seats in the House and take over the Senate with a filibuster proof majority. Not gonna happen. Not even a simple majority.
And remember, Obama will have his veto pen inked up and ready to go.Posted on August 25, 2014 - 06:51 PM #
Not much to gloat about, is there leftists? Now even Hispanics are deserting this administration:
"According to a McClatchy and Marist Institute for Public Opinion poll, more Latinos disapprove of Barack Obama's performance as president of the United States than approve.
Survey respondents who classified themselves as Latino, disapproved of Obama's handling as president, 46 percent to 34 percent. Twenty percent of Latinos were unsure.
When asked if the country is headed in the right direction, 30 percent of Latinos agreed, while 60 percent stated the U.S. is going the wrong direction."
So go ahead and blame others for your own party's miserable and despicable failings. Blaming is what Barry is best at. According to him, he's not responsible. It's always someone else's fault. Please keep following your abysmal leader as he takes the left over the political abyss.Posted on August 25, 2014 - 08:00 PM #
Keep flinging, Herb...One of these days some tiny portion of that poo is going to stick to the wall.Posted on August 25, 2014 - 08:16 PM #
