"Yet, you approve of both but then talk of absolutes.

    Which is it? "

I've already explained it, I'm not going to get sucked into playing your silly word games.

This reminds me of the philosophical "trolley problem".
Is it murder to throw the switch and kill the sleeping man?

    Let me rephrase it then.

Is it wrong to throw the switch and save the five men if it causes the trolley to kill the sleeping man?

"I will NEVER bow to the LIEberal agenda"

    But you have.

Ever take a paid break? You bowed.

Take a paid vacation? You bowed.

Had a Saturday off work? You bowed.

Put on a hard hat? You bowed.

Climb a tower with safety gear? You bowed.

Put lock outs on electrical equipment? You bowed.

Used your employer paid health insurance? You bowed.

You've pretty much one upped the Japanese in the bowing business.

    --------

If you've kids, its a safe bet they've warned their friends about their narrow minded Dad.

I don't think it would be wrong to throw the switch. I don't see that as a confounding dilemma. The trolley is going to kill people. That's a given. To steer it where it would kill tke least is not to cause any killing. I think an argument could be made that it would be immoral to fail to steer it away from the greater loss of lives.

    I choose the third alternative.

Jump on the trolley and try to stop it while sounding the horn to warn those in the way.

Those things have nothing to do with the LIEberal agenda.

Wrong. Just more right wing denial. Hypocritical on your part, or just plain ignorance. All of those ARE the direct result of the progressive liberal agenda. You will be hard pressed to prove otherwise. Sure, some right wing hypocrites voted for some of those, but it wasn't their idea and they only sought to gain reelection with moderate CONS that know the right thing to do.

You just keep pressing the issue, but you're looking terribly uninformed.
