    This from All Access:

---------------------------------CCM+E Finds New Digs For Its Portland Cluster---------------------------------

CLEAR CHANNEL will consolidate all of its seven PORTLAND, OR radio stations in new headquarters at Triangle Pointe in TIGARD, OR. A station told ALL ACCESS that the move won't be completed until mid-OCTOBER.

When KEX, KFBW, KKCW, KKRZ, KLTH, KPOJ, KXJM studio moves happen, I'd like to know the date and time, so I can include them on "This Day In Portland Radio History." Thanks!

Mid-October is the relative date for the business offices to move. Individual station moves will happen as their studios are completed, and air chains rerouted. All of which will happen gradually over the next month. I'm told that programming for KFBW and KXJM could originate from Triangle Pointe as early as next week.

I'll try to alert you, Craig, if I'm aware of when these things occur. But, it's more in the purview of the Engineering department.

Thanks Matt! I realize Chris Weiss is going to be a very busy guy between now and then and might not have the time to report on all seven moves.

Ah ha! But, if I forego sleep, I'll have plenty of time to keep you informed. 8O

As Matt reported, station moves will likely begin in the next couple of weeks. Primary STL gear is in place for the 5 FM stations already. When I have backup paths set to go, we'll start the moves, with KFBW first.

Any new equipment or technologies used at the new facility? I'm sure a few of us would love to know all the nerdy details! :D

Here's Scott Fybush's report about the move. From the Radio World, 3 July 2013 issue i'm just getting to,

Unless I am missing something with the online version of this story, the print version has eight pictures plus an illustration. The online version, only four pictures. Strange. :?:
