Nixon is synonymous with worthless scumbag lying son of a bitch anti semitic bastard.

If it wasn't for Ronnie Reagan, Nixon would be WPE hands down.

Nixon's mistakes in Vietnam caused the deaths of 15,000 American soldiers.

So, Herb, ever been to a military cemetery and looked at the graves from the 60's. One in three of those crosses is a death caused by Nixon's malfeasance.

We are paying the price of Nixon's stupidity and greed right now, in the form of large deficits that will not go away. Sure, Reaganomics took a bad situation and made it awful. But if Reagan ran the car into a ditch, it was Nixon who had disabled the brakes. The main structural elements of the deficit were put in place under Nixon: indeed, the deficit crisis had already begun to emerge during the Ford years and has crippled every president since.

    Wrong again, Andy_Brown.

    Vietnam was a Democrat war.

    Mr. Nixon got us out.

    Nice try.

Arrogant = Highlights the Stupid in The Stupid Party

Ignorant = Fails to see the Stupid so highlighted.

Herb, do you see faces in the walls, or hear voices in the static?

Hitler probably did some good things too while in power. It was all the other stuff he'll be judged for. Same for Nixon.

    "Vietnam was a Democrat war.

    Mr. Nixon got us out."

Not quite. Nixon invaded Cambodia. How you can construe that as "got us out" is beyond fundamental logic. As usual, Herb, your delusion is inaccurate. Nixon prolonged the war until his support for it eroded. Upon his election in November 1968 Nixon planned to continue the war in Vietnam and said as much in early 1969. In his first months in office, Nixon directed the U.S. military to increase its pressure on the battlefield, while ordering the secret B–52 bombings of North Vietnamese base camps in Cambodia—the “Menu bombings”—as a signal of his willingness to further escalate the war. The following spring, Nixon ordered a theater-wide offensive, seeking to seize the initiative in the war.

One third of all deaths in Vietnam can be attributed to Nixon, Herb.

So don't dish out that crap that he "got us out." He lost the war. He didn't get us out.

I just finished watching Dick Cavett on PBS. Very good special on how bad Nixon was. All we need now is a John Dean to spill the beans. To prove what we already know, about Obama. 8)

Tax Cuts Do More To Stimulate The Economy Than Food Stamps And Unemployment Benefits.

Cars Kill A Lot Of People And No One Wants To Ban Them Like Guns!

The Affordable Care Act Covers Abortion-Inducing Emergency Contraception.

Riiiight. You can prove that with the same accurate info right-wingers in denial used to predict the Romney landslide of 2012. Remember, all of those liberal polls are wrong; what you feel must be right, facts be damned.
